These terms explain the basic arrangements for booking and receiving tutoring through Advyl. They should be read together with the information shown during booking.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to tutor availability and confirmation. The booking information shown in your account records the planned date, time, subject and payment status for each session.
Payments and autopay
Upfront bookings are paid when the booking is made. Where lesson-by-lesson autopay is selected, the customer authorises the saved payment method to be charged for scheduled lessons, normally around 24 hours before the lesson.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Reschedule requests are requests until approved. Any cancellation, notice-period or refund rules communicated during booking or agreed with Advyl apply to the relevant lessons.
Tutoring service
Tutoring provides instruction, practice, feedback and study support. Academic grades, examination results and other outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Accounts and communication
Customers are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and for using the booking and messaging features appropriately. Important booking and payment communications may be sent by email.
