New customers receive one lesson free automatically. Returning customers can enter eligible voucher codes in Stripe checkout.
By choosing lesson-by-lesson autopay, the customer authorises Stripe to save the payment method and the tutoring service to charge each scheduled lesson off-session, normally around 24 hours before it starts, subject to the cancellation policy.
